Parcela se nachází na rohu ulic Milady Horákové a Koliště v centru Brna u velmi frekventované dopravní tepny na hranici brněnského malého okruhu v přímém dosahu parku Koliště. Základní objem je rozdělen na dvě hmoty, z nichž jedna uzavírá městský blok a druhá akcentuje nároží. Akcentace není docílena vertikálou, nýbrž horizontálou ve smyslu HMOTA HMOTA POMLKA HMOTA! Na základě analýz vznik menších ploch GALERIE na nároží a větších ploch LABORARTORY centra pro rozvoj umění. Umělecká laboratoř vytváří tzv. pozadí pro menší hmotu GALERIE. Fasády jsou materiálově sjednoceny ušlechtilým vápencem. Kontrast spočívá v odlišné dynamice rastru řezospáry budov. The site is located on the corner Milady Horakove and Koliště in the city center at a very busy thoroughfare on the edge of the Brno circuit next to the small park within easy reach fluctuate.
