Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh haly na freestyle cyklistiku spolu s potrebným zázemím ako cyklistický obchod, oprava bicyklov a oddychová zóna. Budova je navrhovaná v mestkej časti Brno - Ponava. Práca pozostáva z troch častí. Prvá časť sa zaoberá návrhom architektonicko-stavebného riešenia, druhá rieši techniku prostredia stavby a tretiu časť tvorí Spolupráca v spoločnom dátovom prostredí - CDE. Jedná sa o monolitický železobetónový skelet opláštený sendvičovými panelmi z minerálnej vaty. Nosnú konštrukciu strechy tvoria lepené drevené väzníky uložené na železobetónových stlpoch. Strop nad prvým nadzemným podlažím je tvorený z prefabrikovaných predpätých stropných panelov. Objekt je založený na pilotách, základových pásoch a pätkách. Na severnej a južnej fasáde sa nachádzajú presklené časti v štýle freestyle prekážok. Východná a západná fasáda je takmer celá presklená kvôli zaisteniu dostatočného prísunu denného svetla. Druhá časť práce sa venuje technike prostredia stavby. V časti hygienického zázemia je inštalovaná vzduchotechnická jednotka a táto časť je vykurovaná podlahovým vykurovaním. Showroom, oddychová miestnosť a oprava bicyklov je taktiež nútene vetraná samostatnou vzduchotechnickou jednotkou, ktorou je aj vykurovaná. Časť haly pre freestyle cyklistiku má samostatnú vzduchotechnickú jednotku, ktorá je tiež využívaná pre vykurovanie a chladenie s pomocou kondenzačných jednotiek. Teplo pre objekt je dodávané zo siete centralizovaného zásobovania teplom, ktoré je následne využívané aj na vykurovanie a ohrev teplej vody. Budova je tiež napojená na verejnú splaškovú kanalizáciu. Dažďové vody sú akumulované a následne využívané pre závlahu. Posledná časť predstavuje spoluprácu v spoločnom dátovom prostredí. Venuje sa princípom pracovných postupov spolupráce v prostredí CDE a pri spolupráci jednotlivých projekčných tímov na BIM zakázkach.
The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of an indoor bike park with necessary facilities for its operation like a bike shop, bicycle repair center and a chill out zone. The building is located in Brno-Ponava. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is focused on architectural and structural design, the second part is focused on building services design and the third part is focused on facility management with implementation of BIM. The building is designed as a concrete frame with wooden roof beams. Floor structure is made from prestressed hollow core slabs. The building is founded on piled foundations and foundation pads and strips. The building envelope is made out of sandwich panels, the insulation of which is made of mineral wool. Northern and southern facades are designed to outline the jumps inside. Eastern and western facades are almost completely glazed for optimal daylight supply. Sanitary facilities are heated by floor heating and an air-conditioning unit is installed here. Showroom, chill-out zone and bicycle repair center have its own air-conditioning unit by which is the area also heated. The area for the bike park has an air-conditioning unit which is also used for heating and cooling with the help of condensing units. The heat is supplied by a local district heating system via a hot water heat exchanger. This system distributes the heat to floor heating in the sanitary facilities and to the air-conditioning units. The building is connected to the electricity grid. Despite that, there is a large photovoltaic power plant on the roof, which is used mainly for the export of excess electricity. Building is connected to sanitary sewer. Storm water is collected and used for irrigation. The last part presents cooperation in a common data environment. It deals with the principles of collaborative work procedures in the CDE environment and with the cooperation of individual design teams on BIM contracts.
