Tato práce je věnována analýze průběhu zakázky podnikem. Zaměřuje se na pohyb zboží od výrobce ke konečnému zákazníkovi a zabývá se nároky zákazníků. V prvních kapitolách jsou popsány pojmy zakázka, zákazníci a logistika. Oblast logistiky je velmi široká, proto se práce blíže věnuje distribuční logistice a s tím souvisejícím okruhům jako balení, manipulace, skladování, přeprava a komunikace. V následující části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na situaci v podniku MOTIP DUPLI s. r. o.. V závěru práce jsou uvedena některá doporučení a trendy, se kterými se firma bude muset v budoucnu vyrovnat. This Bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of ordering process improvement by company. It is focused on the flow of goods from producer to final customer and concerns on customers´ requirements. In first chapters of the thesis the concept of order, customers and logistics is defined. The logistics section is very wide, that is why the paper deals more with distributive logistics and related areas such as packaging, handling, stocking, transportation and communication. In the next part of the thesis, the theoretic knowledge is used to analyze the situation in specific company - MOTIP DUPLI Ltd. Finally, some recomendations and trends which the company will have to deal with in a near future are presented.
