Bakalářská práce se věnuje řízení zásob rozpracované výroby v podniku WMW-Production, s. r. o. Základem bude analýza podnikových činností. Tato analýza bude zaměřená na všechny činnosti, které se týkají řízení zásob rozpracované výroby. Poté bude následovat diferencované rozdělení zásob podle metody ABC. Snahou bude jejich efektivnější řízení. This thesis deal with management of work-in process inventory in WMW-Producton, s. r. o. The foundation will be the analysis of company. This analysis will be focused on all activities, which include the management of work-in process inventory. Then will follow the differentiated distribution according to the method ABC. Theeffort will be more effective management of inventory.
