V této bakalářské práci byl navržen podavač šroubů, který využívá sílu magnetu k manipulaci se šrouby. Součástí návrhu bylo i několik koncepčních řešení, které k podávání šroubů používají jiné mechanismu. Ty vznikly na základě rešerše. Výsledný konstrukční návrh byl vybrán na základě jednoduchosti obsluhy a vysoké spolehlivosti. Zkonstruovaný podavače umožňuje zvýšení kapacity zásobníku oproti ostatním typům podavačů. Podavač umožňuje snadné seřízení – díky magnetu a je možné ho s malými úpravami použít pro různé velikosti šroubů. Použití magnetu je snižuje pravděpodobnost zasekávání šroubů. In this bachelor thesis was designed a screw feeder which uses the force of a magnet for manipulations with screws. A part of the project isseveral concepts which use a different mechanism to provide screws. This concepts are based on a search. The resulting design was choosen based on its simplicity and high reliability. Designed screw feeder allown increasing capacity of container compared to other types of feeders. The feeder is easy to adjust – thanks to magnet and can be used for different screw sizes. Using a magnet reduces probability of screw’s jamming.
