Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby bytového domu v obci Jemnice, která se nachází v kraji Vysočina. Objekt bytového domu má dvě obytná podlaží (a jedno suterenní) a nachází se v něm čtyři bytové jednotky a společné prostory obyvatel domu. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou vyhotoveny zděnou technologií z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 50T Profi Dryfix, s integrovanou minerální vlnou ve voštinách. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou monolitické. Zastřešení tvořeno plochou střechou s extenzivní zelení. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na zvýšený komfort při užívání a celkový moderní koncept objektu bytového domu. This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the village Jemnice, located in the Vysočina Region. The apartment building has two residential floors (and one basement floor) and has four residential units and common areas of the house. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm 50T Profi Dryfix with integrated mineral wool in cavities. Horizontal structures are monolithic. The roof is made up of a flat roof with extensive greenery. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of an apartment building.
