Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, teoretické části, je řešeno řízení rizik a je zde uvedena základní teorie patřící do této problematiky. V druhé, praktické části, je problematika řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku aplikována na konkrétní realizované stavební zakázce. Výstupem práce je zpracování, vyhodnocení rizik a provedení návrhu na ošetření nepřijatelných a závažných rizik. The aim of the master‘s thesis is to process risk management in a construction company. The master‘s thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, risk management is solved and the basic theory belonging to this issue is presented. In the second, practical part, the issue of risk management in a construction company is applied to a specific implemented construction contract. The output of the work is the processing and evaluation of risks and the implementation of a proposal for the treatment of unacceptable and serious risks.
