Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu se dvěma oddělenými bytovými jednotkami na konkrétním pozemku v Roztokách u Prahy. První bytová jednotka o dvou nadzemních podlažích je navržena pro 4 člennou rodinu s dětmi. Druhá bytová jednotka je pouze přízemní a bude obývána staršími lidmi. Důraz je kladen na nejvhodnější využití stavebního pozemku. The target of this thesis work is design of family house with two separate building units on concrete place in Roztoky near Praha. The first unit, which has two-storey building is given for family about four people with childrens. Second unit has only ground floor. The emphasis is given on the best place utilization.
