Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá optimalizáciou skladovania na základe preverenia súčasného stavu materiálových tokov v distribučnej logistike vybraného podniku. Teoretické východiská definujú základné pojmy logistiky, zásobovania, centralizácie skladov a ich optimalizácie. Analytická časť popisuje spoločnosť Gelima, a.s., a ich výrobný program, a zaoberá sa optimalizáciou skladovania so zameraním na zníženie skladovacích a distribučných nákladov. Cieľom je zjednotiť externé skladovacie priestory do jedného logistického centra a vyhodnotiť celkové prínosy finančného i nefinančného charakteru. Bachelor´s thesis deals with the optimization of storage on the basis of examination of the current state of material flows in distribution logistics for the selected company. The theoretical basics defines the basic concepts of logistics, supply, storage centralizing and their optimization. The analytical part describes a company "Gelima, a.s." and its production program and deals with storage optimization with a focus on the reduction of storage and distribution costs. The aim is to merge the external storage spaces into a single logistics centre and assess the overall benefits of the financial and non-financial in nature.
