Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh bytového domu v Brně, v ulici Vinařská. Objekt je osazen ve svahu, má tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podlaží podzemní. Bytový dům je obdélníkového půdorysného tvaru s předstupujícím vstupem ze severní strany a lodžiemi na jižní fasádě. Dům je tvořen osmi bytovými jednotkami a sklepem v suterénu. Obvodové zdivo je ze zatepleného keramického zdiva a na ustupujících částech okolo oken je použita větraná fasáda. Stropy jsou řešeny jako železobetonové monolitické desky. Nosnou konstrukci střechy tvoří hambálkový krov a střešní plášť je z plechové krytiny. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of apartmnet house in Brno, in Vinařská street. The building is placed on sloping terrain, has three floors and one basement. Apartment building has rectangular shape with north-facing entarance and loggies at south facade. The house is designed as eight dwelling units and cellar. External walls are made as clay masonry with thermal insulation and area around windows is designed as ventilated facade. Ceiling structures are reinforced concrete slabs. The supporting construction of roof is made of roof truss with collar beam and then there is metal roofing.
