Cílem mé bakalářská práce na téma: „Návrh softwarové podpory pro plánování tržeb“ je sestavení ročního plánu tržeb společnosti HARTMANN – RICO jinou metodou, než doposud firma využívala. První část práce je věnována krátkému seznámení se s firmou HARTMANN – RICO, její historií, zaměřením a výrobním sortimentem. Ve druhé a třetí části uvádím teoretické poznatky související s prognózováním tržeb a časovými řadami jako nástrojem pro ekonomické plánování. Zejména jsem se zaměřila na metodu klouzavých průměrů a sezónní složku, včetně uvedení způsobů jejich výpočtů. Před samotnou tvorbou plánu je znázorněn program, vytvořený pro spojení souborů, obsahujících několikatisícové hodnoty historických i současných tržeb. Program bude sloužit pro bezpečné spojení několika databází a předejde se tak vzniku chyb související se selháním lidského faktoru. Na závěr je zkonstruován roční plán tržeb rozpočítaný do jednotlivých měsíců, uvedených v grafech. The aim of my bachelor thesis on the topic: „ A proposal of software support for incomes planning“ is to make an annual plan of incomes of the company HARTMANN – RICO by means of a different method from the one that was used until now. The first part of my thesis is devoted to short introduction of the company HARTMANN – RICO, it is history, centre of attnention and its products. In the second and third part I mention my theoretical knowledge connected with forecasting incomes and time lines as an instrument for economic planning. Especially I focused on the method of variable average and seasonal file including stating the ways of calculating. Before creation of the plan itself there is a programme shown which is made for connecting files containing values of historical and contemporary incomes which can reach several thousands. The programme will serve for safe connection and prevention from errors connected with human mistakes. At the conclusion there is an annual incomes plan made which is divided into single months shown in graphs.
