Diplomová práce má dva cíle: V prvním řeší projektovou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení pro novostavbu budovy divadelního sálu s přilehlými ateliéry v Brně. Objekt je samostatně stojící, podsklepený, s jedním podzemním a pěti nadzemními podlažími. Důraz je kladen zejména na spojení funkčních celků, vytvářejících jeden fungující celek. V suterénu se nachází podzemní garáže, podlaží divadelního sálu, jeho zázemí a technické místnosti. Nosnou část objektu tvoří železobetonový rám s vyzdívkami z keramických tvárnic. Střešní konstrukci tvoří plochá jednoplášťová vegetační střecha. Objekt plní požadavky budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Druhým cílem práce je srovnat na základě provedených měření tlakové ztráty vzduchotechnického potrubí CLIMAVER na bázi minerální vlny, s konvenčním potrubím z pozinkovaného ocelového plechu. This master thesis has two goals: First is to design a Permit Set of Drawings for a combined building of studios, classrooms and theather hall with neccesary auxilary facilities in Brno. Building is detached, five-storey with a basement. In the basement there are garages, theather hall with with facilities and HVAC technologies. The load-bearing structure is prefabricated reinforced concrete frame with ceramic masonry envelope and partitions. Roof is designed as a flat green roof. Building should fulfil the passivhaus requirements. The second goal of the thesis is to assess and compare common metal-based air-conditioning tubing with system based on stone-wool materials called CLIMAVER. The assessment and comparison is based on experimental measurements of the systems’ pressure losses.
