Bakalářská práve popisuje optimalizaci odvodové daňové povinnosti.Cílem je navržení optimální výši daňové povinnosti poplatníka mající příjmy ze zaměstnání, samostatně výdělečné činnosti, kapitálového majetku a příjmy z pronájmu, pomocí převodu části příjmů na spolupracující osobu nebo společné zdanění manželů. The bachelor’s thesis outlines the optimization of the Tax Liability.The goal of this paper is to scheme out the tax liability of the taxpayer with income from dependent activities, income from business activity and other independent gainful activity, income derived from capital and income from leasing using the income split among cooperative persons or joint taxation of marrieds.
