Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu insourcingu na dosavadní řízení zásob ve společnosti IMI Precision Engineering. V první části jsou detailně zpracována teoretická východiska dané problematiky, následně je provedena analýza současného stavu a analýza stavu po využití insourcingu výroby vstupního materiálu ve společnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with the impact insourcing to existing inventory management in IMI Precision Engineering. The first part contains detailed theoretical background of the issue, followed by an analysis of the current situation and analysis of the state for the use of insourcing production of input materials in the company.
