Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postupným vývojem technologií užívaných v počítačových sítích. Dále popisuje vznik Internetu v České Republice a konkrétně se zabývá sítí FSI VUT v Brně. This bachelor thesis explores the gradual development of technologies utilized in computer networks. Furthermore it describes the creation of the internet in the Czech Republic, specifically it examines the FME BUT network.
