Bakalářská práce je založena na zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti Hartmann-Rico, a.s. v letech 2012 až 2016. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány všechny potřebné analýzy a ukazatele. V analytické části je zpracována samotná analýza okolí společnosti a finanční analýza. Poslední návrhová část je zaměřena na zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti na základě výsledků z provedených analýz a jsou navržena řešení, která vedou k odstranění zjištěných nedostatků a ke zlepšení finanční situace společnosti. The bachelor thesis is based on evaluation of the financial situation of Hartmann-rico, a.s. in years 2012 to 2016. In the theoretical part all needed analyzes and indicators are characterized. In the analytical part the analysis of the company's environment and the financial analysis is processed. The last part focuses on evaluation the financial situation of the company, which is based on the results of the analyzes and there are suggested some solutions that lead to the elimination of the identified deficiencies and to the improvement of the financial situation of the company.
