Práce se zabývá rešerší informací o statických elektroměrech vyráběných v současnosti, použitelných v systému chytrého měření. Statické elektroměry a jejich funkce jsou popsány z pohledu vnitřního uspořádání, metrologie a zapojení. Důraz je dán na popis nových funkcí (podrobné měření, kalendář, odpojovač, komunikace atd.), které se nemohly využívat u indukčních elektroměrů a požadavky na měření, řízení spotřeby, bezpečnost elektroměrů a na popis konceptu chytrých sítí. V praktické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé systémy chytrého měření – AMR, AMM, AMI a jejich výhody a přínosy při nasazení. Práce obsahuje katalog elektroměrů použitelných k chytrému měření, který je vypracován na základě dostupných informací od jednotlivých výrobců. Závěrečná část práce podává informace o pilotním projektu firmy ČEZ a dalších funkcích chytrých elektroměrů, které se mohou v budoucnu začít využívat. This thesis deals with a research of static meters manufactured nowadays usable in systems of smart metering. Static meters and their functions are described in terms of their internal organization, metrology and wiring. Emphasis is given to the description of new functions (detailed measuring, calendar, disconnector, communications etc.) which could not be used with induction meters and to requirements for measuring, for expenditure control, for safety of meters and for the concept description of smart grids. In a practical part of the thesis particular systems of smart metering will be described – AMR, AMM, AMI and their advantages and benefits during their deployment. The thesis includes also a catalogue of meters usable for smart metering, which is based on available information from particular producers. The final part of this thesis gives information about a pilot project of ČEZ company and about another possible functions of smart meters which could be of use in the future.
