Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření obce Štarnov a její další rozvoj především investičního charakteru. Cílem práce je posouzení hospodářské situace obce a možnosti financování plánovaného investičního projektu, kterým je dostavba chybějící části kanalizace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části rozebírám důležité pojmy týkající se obce a jejího hospodaření. V části praktické analyzuji finanční situaci obce pomocí vybraných analýz. Podkladem pro sestavení finanční analýzy jsou účetní výkazy obce za sledované období. The bachelor´s thesis is focused on evaluation of management of the municipality of Štarnov and its financial growth. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the economic situation of the municipality and the possibility of financing the completion of the missing part of the sewerage. The first part is theoretical, where I interpret the important terms concerning the municipality and its economy. In the second, practical part, I analyse the financial situation of the village through specific analysis. The information necessary for this analysis is taken from the financial statements for the relevant period of time.
