Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovního práva, a to konkrétně změnou formy pracovního poměru a rozvržením pracovní doby. Zaměřuje se na náklady, které vznikají v souvislosti se zaměstnáváním sezónních zaměstnanců a nabízí alternativu k pracovním poměrům uzavíraným na dobu určitou. Na základě výsledků analytické části navrhne možnosti optimalizace pracovních poměrů. Bachelor thesis deals with the issues of labour law, specifically changing forms of employment and working time patterns. It focuses on the costs incurred in connection the employment of seasonal employees and offers an alternative to employment under fixed-term contracts. Based on the results of the analysis suggests options for optimization of employment.
