Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rádiové části systému LTE pomocí programu ICS Designer. Nejprve práce popisuje zpracování signálu ve fyzické vrstvě systému LTE, a to pro downlink a uplink. Následně bylo vytvořeno jednoduché blokové schéma. Další část se zabývá modely šíření signálu v rádiovém prostředí. V poslední části je seznámení se s programem ICS Designer. V této části je pak popsán návrh základnové stanice a ukázka některých simulací. Poslední část je věnována návrhu mobilní sítě v zadané oblasti, její simulace a následné porovnání se stávající mobilní sítí. The diploma thesis deals with the design of the LTE radio part using the ICS Designer program. First, the work describes the signal processing in the physical layer LTE system, for downlink and uplink. Subsequently, it was made simple block diagram. The next part deals with models of signal propagation in the radio environment. The last part is an introduction to the ICS Designer. This section describes the base station design and demonstration of some simulations. The last part is devoted to the design of the mobile network in the given area, its simulation and subsequent comparison with the existing mobile network.
