Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá standardním a nadstandardním provedením rekonstrukce půdních prostor na byt a jejím následným oceněním dle Oceňovací vyhlášky. V teoretické části je zaměřena na problematiku cen a nákladů a vysvětluje některé základní pojmy této problematiky. V praktické části je uveden způsob a výsledné ceny sestavených rozpočtů a následné ocenění bytu v obou provedeních. This bachelor thesis deals with both standard and luxury design versions of reconstruction of the attic to flat and its subsequent valuation based on the Ordinance of valuation. The teoretical part is focused on the subject of prices and expenses. It also explains some of the basic terms of this domain. The practical part deals with methods of compiling budgets and their final prices with ensuing valuation of the appartment in both forms.
