Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby bytového domu BD1 v lokalitě Radostín nad Oslavou. Objekt je podsklepený, má tři nadzemní podlaží s obytným podkrovím a sedlovou střechou. V podzemním podlaží je navržena garáž, technické zázemí, sklepní kóje a skladovací prostory. V nadzemní části objektu se nachází čtyři obytné buňky. Byt v prvním podlaží je řešen bezbariérově. Dům má jednoduchý obdélníkový půdorys a je založen na základových pásech. Konstrukční systém objektu je stěnový z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny nosníky POT a vložkami Miako. The subject of bachelor thesis is the desing of a new apartement building DB1 in the locality of Radostín nad Oslavou. The building has a basement, three floors above ground with a residential attic and a gabled roof. In the basement there is a garage, technical facilities, cellars and storage rooms. There are four living cells in the above-ground part of the building. The apartment on the first floor is barrier-free. The house has a simple rectangular floor plan and is based on foundation strips. The construction system of the building is a wall made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. Horizontal frameworks include POT beams and Miako inserts.
