Podkladem mechanické práce srdce jsou elektrické změny na úrovni srdeční buňky. Tyto elektrické změny jsou primárně ovlivněny rozložením iontů intra- a extracelulárně. Pro fyziologickou regulaci homeostázy iontů v organismu hrají velmi důležitou roli ledviny. V případě selhávání ledvinných funkcí se zastoupení iontů mění. Cílem předložené práce je pozovnání nejenom mineralogramů a hodnot acidobazické rovnováhy před a po dialýze, ale také možné změny časových intervalů EKG před a po dialýze u těchto nemocných. Práce se současně věnuje popisu elektrokardiografických signálů a využití programu pro jejích analýzu. K vytvořeni algoritmu pro analýzu EKG záznamu bylo užito signálů z dostupné databáze „PhysioBank“. Mechanical heart function is based on electrical changes at the level of cardiac cells. These electrical changes are primarily affected by the distribution of ions, intra-and extracellularly. Kidneys are very important for the physiological regulation of ion homeostasis in the body. The ion homeostasis is disrupted in case of the kidney function failure. The aim of this thesis is to compare ion values, acid-base balance before and after dialysis, and also possible changes in ECG time intervals before and after dialysis of these patients. The thesis also deals with the description of the electrocardiographic signals and the implementation of the program for ECG signal analysis. I used the ECG signals from the available database „PhysioBank“ for testing the developed program.
