Tato diplomová práce se zabývá deformačně napěťovou analýzou dolní čelisti s úbyt-kem kostní tkáně. Nejprve byl vytvořen model geometrie pomocí grafického programu Rhi-noceros 4.0 na základě získaných dat ze 3D skeneru. Ten byl převeden do výpočtového sys-tému ANSYS Workbench 11, který využívá pro řešení metodu konečných prvků (MKP). Ře-šení bylo provedeno s homogenním, lineárním a izotropním modelem materiálu kostních tkání s rozdílnými hodnotami materiálových charakteristik pro kompaktní a spongiosní kost. Hodnoty silového působení třech svalů, které se účastní žvýkání, byly určeny na základě silové a momentové rovnováhy dolní čelisti. Řešení bylo provedeno pro 12 variant simulující skus v místech, kde se dříve nacházely zuby. This diploma thesis deals with stress - strain analysis of jaw with decrease of bone tis-sue. At first was created a model of geometry using graphic program Rhinoceros 4.0 upon acquisition by the 3D scanner. That was converted to the computational system ANSYS Workbench 11 which uses for solving the finite element method (FEM). Solving was executed with homogenous, linear and isotropic material model of bone with different characteristics for compact and cancellous bone. Forces of the three working muscles, which participate on chewing, were given on the basis of the force and moment balance mandible. Solving was executed for 12 variant simulating occlusion in places, where was earlier found teeth.
