Práce se zabývá variabilitou srdeční frekvence, popisem mechanismů, ovlivnění změn tepu. Je zde zpracován přehled metod, používaných pro hodnocení variability srdeční frekvence. V další části jsou zpracována získaná data a je popsána navržená metoda pomocí spektrálních výkonů, popis vytvořeného algoritmu, prezentace výsledků. This work examines heart rate variability, and a description of the mechanisms influencing changes in heart rate. There is a review of methods used to assess heart rate variability. In another part the data of the measurement are processed and described the proposed method using spectral power, generated by the algorithm description, presentation of results.
