Předmětem této bakalářská práce „Optimalizace výrobního procesu s využitím Lean Manufacturing“ je aplikace filozofií ve výrobním procesu. V práci se soustředím na strategii v rámci štíhlé filozofie, a sice systém Kanban. Struktura je věnována teoretickým poznatkům týkající se této problematiky, na základě kterých ve zvoleném podniku analyzuji a aplikuji nový návrh koncepce řízení. The target of this bachelor’s thesis „Optimizing the Production Process Using Lean Manufacturing“ is to apply lean philosophy in to manufacturing proces. In this thesis I focus my attention on Kanban, one of the possible lean philosophie’s. The structure is addicted to theoretical knowledge relating to this area on which basis I analyze and apply new optimalized concept in selected copany.
