Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou lineárnych snímačov dĺžky, ich rozdelením, konštrukciou, teplotnými účinkami a návrhom dilatačnej podložky. Cieľom práce je odborný rešerš na tému lineárne snímače dĺžky, návrh variantov podložky a s tým spojené odporúčanie pre prax. Kapitola súčasného poznania je venovaná základným poznatkom o snímačoch polohy, tj. prevodník senzor typy zapojenia. Následná kapitola je o popise základných častí lineárnych sústav, konkrétne spôsob náhonu a vedenie v lineárnych sústavách. Po objasnení daných pojmov bude vysvetlená kapitola o lineárnych snímačoch dĺžky. Daná kapitola sa už hlbšie zaoberá meraním polohy v lineárnych sústavách, fotoelektrickému snímaniu a lineárnym enkodérom od spoločnosti HEIDENHEIN. Ako posledná časť teórie je predstavená analýza tepelných účinkov. V praktickej časti je popísaný návrh variant dilatačných podložiek a montáž prvkov, ktoré umožňujú dilatáciu, ich spojenie a upínanie. V záverečnej časti je navrhnutá najlepšia varianta a doporučenie pre prax. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of linear length sensors, their dividing, construction, temperature effects and design of an dilatation pad. The aim of the work is a professional search on the topic of linear length sensors, design of variants of the pad and the associated recommendation for practice. The chapter of current knowledge is dedicated to basic knowledge about position sensors, ie. converter sensor connection types. The following chapter is about the description of the basic parts of linear systems, specifically the method of drive and lead in linear systems. After clarifying the concepts, the chapter of linear length sensors will be explained. The chapter deals in more depth with position measurement in linear systems, photoelectric sensing, and a linear encoder from HEIDENHEIN. As the last part of the theory, the analysis of thermal effects is presented. The practical part describes the design of variants of dilatation pad and assembly of elements that allow expansion, their connection and clamping. In the final part, the best variant and recommendation for practice is suggested.
