Obsahem této práce je navrhnutí aplikace pro zefektivní zaškolení nových zaměstnanců. Samotná práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části probírám použité techniky. V praktické části probírám, jak výsledná aplikace bude vypadat. Aplikace je navrhnuta ve Visual Basic for Application v prostředí Microsoft Excel. The content of this work is design of application for more effective training of new employees. Work itself is devided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I analyze used techniques. In practical part I analyze how should look final application. Application is designed in Visual Basic for Application in Microsoft Excel environment.
