Diplomová práce pojednává o projektu fotbalové akademie ve městě Litomyšl. Práce odpovídá rozsahu stavební části dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Objekt akademie má tři podlaží a je zastřešen plochou zelenou střechou. Konstrukční systém objektu je zděný. První podzemní podlaží je určeno pro fotbalové zázemí a tréninky. Jsou zde umístěny šatny pro hráče, šatna pro trenéry a rozhodčí, fitness, relaxační část a sklady fotbalového vybavení. Je zde také technická místnost pro celou budovu akademie. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází recepce, jídelna, kuchyň, zázemí kuchyně, učebny pro hráče, kanceláře trenérů a společenská místnost. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází pokoje se sociálním zařízením pro hráče a trenéry, herna s knihovnou a úklidová místnost. Součástí komplexu fotbalové akademie jsou dvě fotbalová hřiště – jedno s přírodní a jedno s umělou trávou, a také vnější tréninkový prostor s překážkami. The diploma thesis deals with the project of football academy in Litomyšl town. The work corresponds to the scope of the construction part of the documentation for the construction. The academy building has three floors and is covered with a flat roof. The construction system of the building is brick. The first underground floor is intended for football facilities and trainings. There is also a technical room for the entire academy building. On the second floor there are rooms with bathroom for players and coaches, a games room with a library and a cleaning room. The football academy complex includes two football pitches - one with natural and one with artificial grass, as well as an outdoor training area with obstacles.
