Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem modelů sloužících k hodnocení dodavatelů a jejich možných rizik pro maloobchodní potravinářskou firmu. Rizikovost dodavatele je vyhodnocována prostřednictvím fuzzy logiky. Modely jsou vytvořeny v programu Microsoft Excel a MATLAB. V úvodu práce je řešená problematika zasazena do teoretického rámce, na který navazuje analytická a dále praktická část práce s návrhy řešení problému. The diploma thesis deals with the design of models for evaluation of suppliers and their possible risks for a retail food business. Supplier risk is evaluated using fuzzy logic. Models are created in Microsoft Excel and MATLAB. At the beginning of the thesis is the problem defined in the theoretical framework, which is followed by the analytical and practical part of the thesis with proposals for solution of the problem.
