Tato práce se zabývá návrhem štíhlé montážní linky ve vybraném podniku, konkrétně Slovácké strojírny, a.s., závod 9 v Zábřehu. V analytické části se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na rozbor současného stavu, přibližuje fungování v organizaci a výrobek, kterého se nový návrh týká. Teoretická část obsahuje nástroje štíhlé výroby, kterými lze zefektivnit proces výroby, zejména pak materiálové a informační toky a další manažerské nástroje určené pro tento druh zlepšení. V praktické části pak prezentuje nový návrh montážní linky v podniku. This thesis deals with a design of a new lean assembly line in selected company, Slovácké strojírny, a. s., plant 9 in Zábřeh. In the analytical part the bachelor thesis focuses on current state analysis, describes functioning in the company and the product concerned. The theoretical part contains tools of lean manufacturing, which could make the process more effective, especially the material and information flows and other management tools designed for this type of improvement. In the practical part this thesis is presenting a proposal of a new assembly line.
