Předmětem této diplomové práce bylo zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení novostavby administrativní budovy s pronajímatelnými prostory. Objekt je navržen jako částečně podsklepený s čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází 4 samostatně pronajímatelné jednotky. V dalších třech nadzemních podlažích se nachází administrativní prostory s pěti kanceláři, konferenční místností, kanceláří pro ředitele a sekretářku, kuchyňkou a hygienickým zázemím. Objekt je založen na základové desce. Konstrukční systém je železobetonový, skeletový. Jako výplňové zdivo jsou použity keramické broušené cihelné bloky a je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Objekt má jednoplášťovou plochou vegetační střechu.
