Úkolem diplomové práce je zpracování studie zaměřené na znovuužití procesních a odpadních vod ve firmě Kostelecké uzeniny, a.s. Práce obsahuje popis čistírny odpadních vod, průtoky čistírnou a látkové zatížení vod na jednotlivých procesech čištění. V diplomové práci jsou popsány limitní požadavky pro technologické postupy v areálu podniku. Bylo uvažováno s několika variantami použití alternativních zdrojů vody pro technologické procesy Na základě hygienických podmínek byla navržena technologie pro čištění odpadních vod z mycí linky automobilů. Vyčištěná odpadní voda se opětovně využívá v objektu mycí linky. Součástí návrhu je i ekonomické zhodnocení a vyhodnocení návratnosti řešení. The task of the master’s thesis is a study focused on re-use and process wastewater in the company Kostelecké uzeniny a.s. The thesis contains a description of wastewater treatment plants, sewage flow and metabolic load on each water treatment processes. The thesis describes the limit requirements for technological processes within the enterprise. Few variants of the use of alternative water sources for technological processes on the basis of health conditions that has been designed for treating waste water from truck wash were considered in the thesis. Treated waste water is being re-used within the truck wash. Part of the proposal is also economic calculation and evaluation of return on investment.
