Tato práce se věnuje analýze, výběru a implementaci ERP systému ve společnosti Conteg spol. s r.o. a skupině CONTEG. V první části práce je vypracována analýza problému a současné situace společně s vyhodnocením. Dále jsou blíže popsány požadavky společnosti na nové řešení. Následující část práce je věnována výběru zhotovitele požadovaného řešení ve výběrovém řízení a jeho zhodnocení. Návrhová část práce je věnována zejména síťové analýze PERT a analýze rizik. V implementační části práce je popsán proces implementace systému. Blíže je zde rozepsáno napojení Karat ODM (optimalizace dělení materiálu) na software TruTops FAB, který ovládá automatický sklad a děrovací lisy včetně zhodnocení přínosů a porovnání s předchozím řešením. This thesis deals with analysis, selection and implementation of ERP system in Conteg spol. s r.o. and CONTEG group. In the first part of the thesis is analyzed the problem and the current situation together with the evaluation. Furthermore, the company's requirements for a new solution are described. The following part of the thesis is devoted to the selection of the contractor of the required solution in the tender and its evaluation. The design part of the thesis is devoted mainly to network analysis PERT and risk analysis. The implementation part of the thesis describes the process of system implementation. The Karat ODM (Material Cutting Optimization) connection to TruTops FAB software, which controls automatic warehouse and punch presses, including benefit evaluation and comparison with previous solutions, is described in more detail.
