Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a programováním trochoidního frézování, ověřeného pomocí interpolací na CNC stroji. Teoretická část se zabývá rešerší o dynamickém frézování, zejména o trochoidním. Je zaměřena na jeho matematický popis, tvorbu algoritmů a typy trajektorií. Vysvětluje řezné podmínky jako je průřez třísky, silové zatížení a také predikci kvality opracovaných ploch. Dále objasňuje výhody a důvody použití trochoidního frézování. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou a experimentálním ověřením parametrického programu pro zvolenou aplikaci. Nejdříve je vysvětleno, jakým způsobem bylo jak trochoidní, tak lineární frézování naprogramováno. Dále popisuje programování trochoidních interpolací a jejich analýzu s ohledem na průřez třísky, silové zatížení a kvalitu opracování frézovaných ploch v závislosti na vstupním parametru – posuvové rychlosti. Uvádí porovnání metod trochoidního a lineárního frézování a jejich vyhodnocení také s ohledem na průřez třísky, silové zatížení a kvalitu opracovaných ploch. Navrhuje doporučení pro praxi v závislosti na výsledcích a také obsahuje technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení. This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and programming of the trochoidal milling which is verified by interpolation in a CNC machine. The theoretical part of thesis deals with the research of the dynamic milling, in particular about the trochoidal milling. This part is focused on the mathematical description, creation of algorithms and the types of trajectories. It explains the cutting conditions as the cutting section of a chip, force loading and as well the quality prediction of the machined surfaces. Furthermore, it clarifies the advantages and the reasons of use of the trochoidal milling. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis and the experimental verification of the parametric programme for the selected application. At first, it is explained how were the trochoidal and the linear milling programmed. Next, it describes the programming of the trochoidal interpolations and their analysis with regard to the cutting section of a chip, force loading and the quality of the machined milled surfaces depending on the input parameter – the feed speed. This part presents the comparison of the trochoidal and the linear milling methods and their evaluations which are also done with regard to the cutting section of a chip, force loading and the quality of the machined surfaces. This part also suggests recommendations for practice depending on the results and it also contains the techno-economic assessment.
