Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu ve svahu a vypracování dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Rodinný dům je umístěn v klidné částí obce Malenovice. Je navržen jako samostatně stojící dvoupodlažní objekt s jedním podzemním a jedním nadzemním podlažím. Hlavní vstup do objektu je navržen z přízemí. Hlavní obytnou část tvoří první nadzemní podlaží s přímým vstupem na terasu. Hlavní nosná část je tvořena vápenopískovými tvárnicemi Ytong Silka a betonovými tvárnicemi ztraceného bednění. Stropní konstrukce a schodiště je navrženo jako železobetonové. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou z dřevěných vazníků. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design and to develop an elaboration of documentation for the construction of the house on a slope. The family house is located in a quiet part of the village Malenovice. It is designed as a separate two sotrey buildings. One of them is above ground and the other one is on the ground floor and underground. The main entrance to the house is from the ground floor. The main residential part of the house is in the above ground floor with an access to the terrace. The main supporting part of the ground floor is formed by concrete bricks of lost formwork and the above ground floor is formed by lime-sand bricks Ytong. The ceiling constructions and the staircase are designed as reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a roof made of wooden trusses.
