Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh a zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu. Navrhovaný bytový dům se nachází v Olomouci, městské části Slavonín a je navržen jako samostatně stojící objekt s třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím, které tvoří suterén. Část pozemku, na kterém je bytový dům navržen, je rovinný. V bytovém domě se nachází celkem 8 bytových jednotek, přičemž bytům v 1NP náleží velká terasa se samostatnou zahradou a bytům ve 2NP náleží prostorný balkon. Ve 3NP se nachází pouze dvě bytové jednotky, jednomu bytu náleží velká terasa, druhému balkon. Každý byt má k dispozici vlastní sklepní kóji v suterénu, kde se nachází i technická a úklidová místnost, kočárkárna s kolárnou a shromažďovací místnost. Podlaží objektu jsou spojena prostorným schodištěm a výtahem. Bytový dům je založen na betonových základových pasech, svislé nosné konstrukce v suterénu jsou tvořeny ztraceným bedněním. Nosné konstrukce nad terénem jsou realizovány cihelnými bloky, které jsou zatepleny kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou řešeny jako železobetonové desky. Celý objekt zastřešuje jednoplášťová střecha s extenzivní vegetací. Dále se v objektu objevují další jednoplášťové ploché střechy, jedna zastřešující zádveří bytového domu, druhá tvořící terasu. Dům je navržen jako budova s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of the project documentation for construction for the apartment building. The proposed apartment building is located in Slavonín, a city district in Olomouc. The apartment building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground and one underground floor. Part of the land where the apartment building is designed is flat. There are a total of 8 residential units in the apartment building, while the apartments on the 1st floor have a large terrace with a separate garden, the apartments on the 2nd floor have a spacious balcony. On the 3rd floor there are only two residential units, one apartment has a large terrace, the other has a balcony. Each apartment has its own cellar cubicle in the basement. There are also a technical and cleaning room, a bycicle and pram storage room and a meeting room. An elevator connecting all floors is designed in the building. The apartment building is based on concrete foundation strips, the vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are formed by permanent formwork. The load-bearing structures above the terrain are realized by brick blocks, which are insulated with the external thermal insulation composite system ETICS. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The whole building is covered with a warm flat roof with extensive vegetation. There are also other warm flat roofs in the building, one covering the entrance of the apartment building and the other forming a terrace. The whole building is designed as a building with almost zero energy consumption.
