Tato práce se zabývá návrhem materiálu a technologie pro 3D tisk letadel pomocí metody Fused Deposition Modeling. Pro testování bylo zvoleno 9 materiálů, které jsou dostupné pro tisk touto metodou a mají zajímavé charakteristiky pro tisk bezpilotních létajících prostředků. Pro zjištění mechanických charakteristik každého materiálu byla použita tahová zkouška podle normy pro plasty. Materiál v této zkoušce musel splnit určitá kritéria zásadní pro tisk letadel, aby mohl pokračovat do další části experimentu. Následovala zkouška trojbodým ohybem na křídle. Zde byly testovány dva segmenty kořene křídla s lepeným spojem a samostatný segment křídla. Na základě výsledků tahové zkoušky a zkoušky trojbodým ohybem křídla se hledala souvislost mezi těmito zkouškami. Bylo experimentálně zjištěno, že materiál PLA, který se v současné době již pro tisk letadel používá, nebyl překonán. Materiály s lepšími předpokládanými mechanickými vlastnostmi byly nakonec znevýhodněny jejich horšími technologickými vlastnostmi. This bachelor thesis deals with material analysis and design of technology for Fused Deposition modelling 3D printing method of unmanned aerial vehicles. Nine materials which are suitable for this application has been tested. Tension test has been used to determine mechanical properties of each material according ISO standards for plastics. Material had to met certain criteria, which are important for 3D print of aeroplanes, to pass to the next stage of experiment. Next three-point flexural test of wing has been used. In this test has been tested two glued sections of wing root and one separate section of wing. Results of tensile test and flexural test were compared and evaluated. It was discovered that material PLA, which is commonly used for printing aeroplanes, has not been overcome. Materials that seems to have better mechanical properties has been disadvantaged for its bad properties in 3D printing process.
