Bakalářská práce se zabývá analytickým rozborem firemních zásad řízení projektové činnosti a z toho vyplývajícím podnikatelským záměrem „Návrh postupu zavedení systému řízení jakosti v podniku.“ Obsahuje odhad personálního a finančního zabezpečení zavedení systému managementu jakosti, navrhuje plán časového harmonogramu zavádění tohoto systému. Práce také specifikuje formu a způsob vedení klíčové dokumentace projektů v oblasti IT. This bc work deals with the analysis of the company project management fundamentals and a resulting prospectus „Process of Implementation of the Company Quality Management System.“ It covers estimation of the personnel and financial resources needed for the quality management system implementation, it suggests the time-schedule for it. The document also specifies a form and the way how to administrate the key documentation in the area of IT projects.
