Zadáním diplomové práce je návrh městského polyfunkčního/bytového domu v komplikované topografické situaci úpatí ulice Pekařské. Cílem bylo porozumět fungování organismu města, jeho vývoji, potenciálu, současným problémům. Řešená parcela se nachází v centru Starého Brna na křižovatce ulic Pekařské a Anenské. Koncept zástavby by měl vycházet z trojúhelníkové parcely, a její polohy ve vztahu k blízkému centru. Koncept funkčního uspořádání musí respektovat základní provozní a funkční požadavky, zejména oslunění obytných prostor a řešení hlukového zatížení. Cílem tohoto návrhu je životaschopná městská zástavba a takové funkční využití, které zhodnocuje a rozvíjí charakter zadaného místa. Urbanistický a architektonický koncept zástavby trojúhelníkového cípu by měl zohledňovat a vhodně doplňovat charakter lokality a její stávající zástavby. Entering this thesis is to design a multifunctional urban / residential building in the complex topographical situation foot street bakery. The aim was to understand the functioning of the organism, its development potential and current problems. Solved plot is located in the heart of Old Brno at the intersection of Pekařská and Anenské. The concept of development should be based on a triangular plot, and its position in relation to the nearby center. The concept of functional layout must respect the basic operational and functional requirements, especially sunlight residential space and solving noise pollution. The aim of this proposal is viable urban area and a functional recovery, which evaluates and develops the character entered. Urban and architectural concept development triangular tip should reflect and complement the character of the site appropriately and its existing buildings.
