Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice řízení stavební zakázky z pohledu generálního dodavatele stavby. Cílem práce je popsat principy, metody a nástroje řízení výstavbových projektů a jejich následnou aplikaci na konkrétním výstavbovém projektu. The thesis discusses the issues of organization of construction contracts from the perspective of the general contractor. The aim is to describe the principles, methods and tools for managing construction projects follow their camp on specific construction projects.
