Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem vybudování Centra pohybové terapie a kompletním sestavením podnikatelského plánu, při jehož sestavování byly provedeny nejrůznější analýzy trhu a metody pro identifikaci rizik. Financování je z části zajištěno prostřednictvím Norských fondů, dále pak podnikatelským úvěrem a vlastními prostředky. Závěrem tato práce hodnotí proveditelnost samotného návrhu. This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the business plan for a centre of physical therapy establishing and working out a complete business plan based on market analysis and risks indentyfying methods. The financing of its project is partly provided by Norwegian funds, business loan and own capital. Via conclusion this thesis is assessing, whether this project is workable or not.
