Práce poskytuje přehled současného stavu poznání v oblasti polymerních ozubených převodů se zaměřením na používané materiály a výrobní technologie. Obsahuje výčet polymerů, které se v těchto aplikacích používají a jejich bližší specifikaci. Pro tyto plasty jsou sestaveny tabulky vlastností, které umožňují jejich porovnání jak mezi sebou, tak v kontrastu s kovy. Na základě těchto srovnání jsou zhodnoceny výhody, nevýhody a oblasti použití polymerního ozubení. Z technologií pro zpracování plastů jsou vybrány ty, které se používají pro výrobu polymerních ozubených kol. K těm jsou uvedeny bližší podrobnosti. Práce poskytuje ucelený přehled poznání v dané oblasti. This thesis presents an overview of current knowledge of plastic gearing. It is focused on used materials and methods of processing. List of used plastic materials and their properties is presented. Thesis includes a tables of properties of these materials, which allows comparison. Benefits, deficiencies and typical applications of plastic gearing are discussed. Common technologies usable for production of gearing are mentioned. Their advantages, disadvantages and currency is discussed. Thesis gives a summary of this knowledge.
