Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu v Brodzanech. Jedná se o samostatně stojící objekt, který se nachází na parcele číslo 907/55 v obci Brodzany, v katastrálním území Brodzany. Bytový dům má čtyři nadzemní a jedno podzemní pod-laží a celkem se skládá z 11 bytových jednotek. V suterénu jsou navrženy sklady, tech-nická místnost, dílna, sušárna a posilovna. Svislé konstrukce jsou řešeny z keramických tvarovek a částečně ze ztraceného bednění. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou tvořené monoli-tickými železobetonovými deskami. Střecha je řešena jako plochá s atikou. Objekt je zateplený kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby.
This bachelor thesis deals with designing an apartment building in Brodzany. It is an individually standing object, which is located on plot No. 907/55 in Brodzany, in cadastre unit Brodzany. The object of the apartment building has four above-ground floor and basement and consists of eleven dwelling units. In the basement are designed cellars, technical room, workroom, drying room and gym. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks and partly permanent formwork. Horizontal structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced slab. The roof is designed as a flat roof with parapet wall. The building is insulated with contact thermal insulation system. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
