Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem kondenzátorů na rozběh jednofázového asynchronního motoru a optimalizaci rozběhu. První dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány teoretické stránce problému, popisují konstrukci, princip funkce, průběh momentové charakteristiky. Dále jsou zde vyjmenovány používané typy, zvláštní důraz je kladen na typ s pomocnou fází se zapojeným kondenzátorem. Popisuje také vliv kondenzátoru na záběrný moment. Další část se zabývá laboratorním měřením konkrétního stroje. Jsou zde uvedeny výsledky měření odporů vinutí, jmenovitého stavu, zatěžovací charakteristiky, mechanických ztrát a měření nakrátko. Hlavní částí této práce je návrh optimalizace zapojení pomocné fáze s důrazem na záběrný moment. Ta spočívá ve vytvoření modelů v programu ANSYS Maxwell, ve kterém je proveden analytický výpočet v modulu RMxprt a výpočet pomocí metody konečných prvků (MKP). Jsou zde uvedeny tři modely. Jeden je shodný s měřeným motorem, tedy s trvale připojeným kondenzátorem. Tento model je vytvořen kvůli porovnání s měřením. Další model uvažuje zapojení kondenzátoru pouze při rozběhu a poslední model má zapojen kondenzátor rozběhový i trvale připojený. U tohoto modelu je použita rotorová klec s menším odporem vinutí. This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of capacitors on a start of a single phase induction machine and start optimization. The first two chapters refer to a theoretical part of the issue, describing construction, the function principle, the torque characteristic. Also used types are named there, a special emphasis is given to a split phase induction motor with the capacitor and auxiliary winding. It also describes the influence of the capacitor to a breakaway torque. The next part studies the analysis of the concrete machine by the laboratory measuring. Results of measured windings resistance, rated operation, load characteristic, mechanical losses and locked-rotor test are stated here. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to an optimization of wiring auxiliary winding, especially for breakaway torque. It is based on creating models in program ANSYS Maxwell, where an analytical calculation in module RMxprt and a calculation per finite element method (FEM) is realised. Three models are demonstrated here. The first one is identical with the measured machine, so with the permanent split capacitor. That model is created to be compared with the measuring. Another model has a capacitor start, and the last one has two capacitors – for start and run. For the last model the rotor cage with a reduced resistance of winding is used.
