Bakalářská práce je návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro založení masérského studia. Předmětem podnikání této živnosti bude poskytování služeb v oblasti masáží. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí, teoretické, analytické a návrhové. Teoretická část poskytuje informace potřebné k získání živnostenského oprávnění a k sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Návrhová část vychází z teoretických a legislativních poznatků pro oblast podnikání a reaguje na potřeby trhu zjištěné prostřednictvím analýzy trhu. V rámci finančního plánu hodnotí potenciální úspěšnost navržené podnikatelské činnosti. The bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan concerning the establishment of a massage studio. The aim of the massage studio is to provide services in the field of massage. The thesis can be divided into three parts: the theoretical, the analytical and the design part. The theoretical part provides information necessary for obtaining a trade license and creating a business plan. The proposal part is based on theoretical and legislative knowledge of business area and it responds to market needs that are identified through the market analysis. The financial plan evaluates the potential success of the proposed business.
