Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu na svažitém pozemku na úrovni projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provedení stavby. Objekt se nachází v obci Velké Poříčí a je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Objekt je podsklepený s jedním nadzemním podlažím se stěnovým konstrukčním systémem z cihelných bloků. Dům je založen na základových pasech a zastřešen plochou střechou. Vstup do domu je navržen přes první nadzemní podlaží, kde se nachází klidová zóna. V suterénu se nachází denní část domu. Návrh domu klade důraz na dispoziční, architektonický a statický návrh, úsporu energie a bezpečnost při užívání.
The subject of my bachelor´s thesis is to design a house on a sloping building site at a level of project documentation for the buidilng realization. The building object is located in the village of Velke Porici and designed for a family of four. The building has a basement with a one above-ground floor with a wall construction system of brick blocks. Foundation of the house is done on the strip foundations and the house is covered with a flat roof. Entry to the house is solved trough the above-ground floor where there is a rest area. In the basement spaces is a daily part of the house. The building project is completed in accordance with layout, architecture and structural design and safety in use.
