Bakalářská práce na téma Rodinný dům s provozovnou je řešena jako novostavba podsklepeného rodinného domu s jedním nadzemním podlažím a obytným podkrovím. Objekt bude založen na základových pasech doplněných o základovou desku. Nosné obvodové zdivo v suterénu je tvořeno ztraceným bedněním BEST. Nosné obvodové zdivo v nadzemním podlaží je tvořeno pórobetonovými tvárnicemi PORFIX. Vnitřní nosné zdivo je tvořeno z pórobetonových tvárnic PORFIX. Stropy jsou tvořeny stropním systémem PORFIX. Schodiště ze suterénu je železobetonové, schodiště z nadzemního podlaží je dřevěné se zadlabanými schodnicemi. Bachelor thesis deals with the Family house with establishment and is solved as a new building with cellar and with one overground floor and residential attic. The object will be based on the strip foundation in addition with the baseplate. Perimeter bearing walls in the underground floor is made with the use of lost formwork BEST. Perimeter bearing walls in the overground floor consist of the PORFIX porous concrete blocks. Ceilings are made from the PORFIX ceiling system. Stairway from the basement is from the reinforced concrete, stairway from overground floor is wooden with the mortised stringers.
