V této bakalářské práci je popsána kontrola dokumentu komplexní pozemkové úpravy v katastrálním území Štiptoň, na jejímž podkladě bude provedena obnova katastrálního operátu v souladu § 66 vyhlášky č. 26/2007 Sb. Jsou postupně hodnoceny jednotlivé požadavky této vyhlášky dle odstavců „a“ až „p“ a popsány nedostatky předaných výsledků z hlediska jejich úplnosti, přesnosti a způsobilosti k převzetí katastrem nemovitostí a následnému využití pro účely obnovy katastrálního operátu. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to examine the document dealing with a complex land adjustment in the registered area of Štiploň. It will set a basis for a renewal of the area land registry map in conformity with ... 66, the ordinance of Code No. 26/2007. The thesis follows the paragraphs a – p while assessing particular demands of the ordinance mentioned above and depicts its imperfection and drawbacks. It deals with their completeness, acccuracy and eligibility needed for the Land Registry Office to enter the area and subsequent use aimed at land registry maps renewal .
