Práce zvažuje změnu výrobní technologie oběžného kola ventilátoru ze svařování na 3D tisk. Přáním výrobního podniku bylo zjistit, zda je taková změna možná a finančně výhodná a doporučit, jakým směrem se dále ubírat. S využitím podkladů podniku byly vytvořeny modely, z nichž byly posléze odvozeny podmínky pro výrobu kola v měřítku 1:1. Na základě nového technologického postupu a zkušeností s výtisky byla vytvořena nová cenová kalkulace pro výrobu oběžného kola ventilátoru pomocí technologie 3D tisku. The thesis considers a change in the manufacturing technology of a fan impeller from welding to 3D printing. The wish of the manufacturer was to investigate if such a change is possible and financially profitable and decide on a further approach to manufacturing. Models were created using information from the manufacturer and using them, conditions for manufacturing the impeller in the 1:1 ratio were derived. Based on the new technological process and the experience from prints a new price calculation for the fan impeller using 3D printing was created.
